To ensure optimal performance, commercial establishments such as shops, offices, and restaurants require at least two maintenance visits per year. Critical locations like server rooms, trading floors, workshops, hairdressing or beauty salons, which are prone to high levels of airborne pollutants in the air, should have a maintenance program that allows for three or more service visits. A proper air conditioning maintenance program should also involve regular filter changes, periodic pressure checks, and comprehensive unit cleaning.
